Making an online purchase:
When buyer place an online order on www.beaubarsupply.com, you hereby agree to all of our policies, terms and conditions. All online orders may require buyer to complete a credit card authorization form and provide a photocopy of your Driver's License or ID and credit card before an order can be processed. Any information that is not provided may cause the order to be on hold or cancelled. BeauBAR Supply reserves the right to cancel any order upon discretion.

If buyer wants to cancel or make changes to your order, you are required to contact us within 15 minutes after you have placed the order either by phone 916.864.3388 or email contactus@beaubarsupply.com. Please make sure the order number is available when contacting us. If BeauBAR Supply did not receive any cancellation request, the order will continue to process. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Sales policy:
BeauBAR Supply shall not be held responsible for using, installation or assembly of purchased products. Buyer is entirely responsible for proper use, maintenance and compliance with building codes or laws as well as full knowledge of products prior to purchasing. Under any circumstance BeauBAR Supply shall not be held liable for any abuse, misuse, normal wear and tear, alteration, improper maintenance, unauthorized repair, etc.

Pricing, sales, discounts and coupons:
BeauBAR Supply has the right to change or modify prices without notice. Sales and discounts are offered for a specified or limited time only. Coupons may be restricted to limited use per user or per order. Special sales, discounts and coupons cannot be applied to previous transactions and may be cancelled at any time.

BeauBAR Supply shall not be held responsible for any incorrect information including but not limited to pictorial, typographical or pricing errors and reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders from such errors. All information or registered trademarks of respective owners are used with permission. Any information provided by the buyers will be used for marketing purpose from BeauBAR Supply. Buyer's information will not be sold or share to third parties. Should the buyer do not want to receive any of our marketing information, please unsubscribe through the marketing email or contact us directly.

BeauBAR Supply warrants that all products are brand new, free of damages and defects. If the product does not comply with our warranty, buyer can contact the original manufacturer for more warranty information. BeauBAR Supply only sell products and parts and do not offer services. Buyers will need to contact the original manufacturer for servicing needs.

Shipping policy:
Shipping usually takes 5-7 business days. Expedite shipping may be available upon request. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to unexpected incidents, such as weather. All orders being shipped will occur a non-refundable shipping cost. Shipping options will be generated once the destination state and zip code has been entered. Always double check before completing the checkout process. BeauBAR Supply will not provide any discounted or waive the shipping cost. BeauBAR Supply are not responsible for any loss due to any delays or misuse such as (but not limited to) in receiving or using the products.

Damages and shortages:
Buyer must report all damages and/ or shortages within 48 hours of receiving the product. Videos and/ or photos must be provided to support claims. All original packaging must be kept until claim is fully resolved. Claims may take up to two weeks to be resolved.

Return policy:
All sales are final for all products. No exchange, replacement or returns accepted.

Replacement policy:
Only clippers, trimmers and shavers may be replaced within 7 days if defective. Replacement will be for the same model. In case replacement is not available a store credit or refund will be offered at our discretion.

Replacement for IN-STORE purchases:
Product will be opened and inspected to ensure the condition, packaging and manuals are in brand new condition before the return can be processed. The original receipt is required.

Replacement for ONLINE purchases:
Buyer must contact our office within 7 days of the delivery date and provide sufficient evidence, such as videos and photos to qualify for return. Product must be returned in brand new condition along with all packaging and manuals. All unauthorized returns will not be processed nor refunded. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days of the purchase date (NO EXCEPTIONS). Buyer will be responsible for all return related shipping cost and must have a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. We highly recommend getting tracking number and insurance to ensure the package reach our location. Make sure to securely package the return product and include the RMA number on the label along with a copy of your receipt and contact information.

Clippers and trimmers may have signs of use by the manufacturer during the testing phase to ensure the clippers and trimmers are in good working condition. Clippers and trimmers cannot be returned for this reason. If you have questions regarding the product condition, contact the manufacturer directly for more details.

It may take up to two weeks to process returns and/ or credit your account. All refunds are usually processed in the original form of payment. In some cases refunds may be denied or offered as store credit based on our discretion. If products are returned damaged, no refund can be process. If return products are not defective upon inspection a 20% restocking fee will apply. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
