Quantum Perms celebrate 30 years of the world's best texture. Our tried and true formulas contain Equalizer 3 conditioner to balance porosity for even, predictable curl formation. And now, our advanced conditioner neutralizer is infused with Argan Oil from Morocco, to add weightless shine and brilliance for manageable, healthy-looking curls. Quantum Insite low thio, ammonia-free perms contain Keramin complex (advanced protein waving agent) which, combined with a low pH silicon neutralizer, locks in strength and shine for a natural curl. Test curl is required. No dryer heat.
